Althoughmanufactured before 1920 when Roberts & Dore Ltd cutlers began to use theRand tradename on silver plated wares, this antique set of 6 silver platedteaspoons has been taken care of to the point of being in pristine condition.The set is complete consisting of 6 spoons each identical with a matchingbeaded handle design. This firm was founded in Sheffield in 1908 by Tom RodesRoberts and James William Dore trading as Roberts & Dore Ltd. In 1912 thebusiness was transferred to London. The firm trade extensively with Australia,South Africa, Canada, New Zealand and Spain and from 1920 began to use thetrade name Rand on their items.

STAMPS/MARKS: Each spoon is stampedEP R&D NS Made in England.

CONDITION: They are in pristinecondition considering their age.
