Antique 'Shelley' Butter Dish & Lid 

This attractive, very early porcelain 'Shelley' butter dish and lid with scalloped gilt edges, is decorated with purple violets and green flowers. It was produced in England between 1910 and 1916 and carry's the early 'Late Foley - SHELLY' backstamp in green, along with the Registration number 'Rd 272101' and painted pattern number '8307'. The butter dish and cover are in excellent condition and it measures 16,5cm in diameter, with a height of 8cm.
