Antique! Shelley England - Rose - Art Deco style - 1912 - 1920 - Matte Black - Roself Vase
Small, bulbous shape vase, made by Shelley circa 1912-1920. This pattern is called "roself". The pink of the rose has a high gloss glaze, which is just lovely against the matte black background of the vase. The white leaves and thorny branches are also matte glazed.
MATERIAL : Porcelain
MARKINGS : "SHELLEY" , "England" , "8103 781" (781 refers to the shape of the vase, 8103 is the pattern number)
