I have the right to withdraw an item from auction at any time.

Should you win a bid and non payment occurs, I will be left no choice but to report and block you. The reason being that non payment has a financial implication to me as a Seller. We pay commission on all orders/bids won (even when it is a non-payment) as well as on shipping cost. Thus bidding on an item, not intending to proceed with payment is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
