 This solid silver hunter case pocket watch is from the 1800's and is being auctioned for spares or repair, I am hoping somebody with the right parts and ability will get it and repair it. Its a mighty fine piece from a bygone era. It is a key wound Swiss made watch and as well as key needed to set the hands. I believe this one was dropped and balance staff broken also glass and hands are missing and obviously it will need to be serviced after all this time. I do not believe a human hand has touched this movement in all this time. It measures in at 50 mm in diameter and 70 mm in length and weighs around 56 grams. So if you pocket watch fans are up for a challenge, go for it. Well worth its weight in silver.
