 The lamp is incomplete and would need parts and/or restoration if it is to work again.
The wick winder mechanism turns but there seems to be parts missing or broken.
The paraffin gauge needle moves, but can't say if it will actually work.
Some denting but no visible holes or pitting.
Made in England by Valor.
The base is 19cm high and has a 21cm diameter.
