DATED FOR 20th JUNE 1908, SILVER PLATED OVER BRASS SOUVINER PLAQUE FROM VENICE. POSSIBLY BROUGHT BACK FROM A "GRAND TOUR" OF EUROPE WHICH WAS THE DONE THING BY THE WEALTHY IN THOSE DAYS GENERALLY THE SILVER PLATING IS GOOD WITH MINOR RUBBING TO THE RAISED SECTIONS.THIS, I FEEL, GIVES THE PLAQUE AGE RELATED CHARACTER AND INTEREST....LENGTH 7cm, WIDTH 4.7cm.
