There are 3 leaves missing off the lower back section of the vase as seen on the top left photo, it is hardly noticeable and if you turn the vase not at all. No cracks

     

There is rough pontil mark underneath

  

   

Antique Victorian Czech / Bohemian / Murano Art Glass, hand blown cased Splatter Glass vase with a spiralling band of applied leaves and ruffled rim.

I am not sure of the maker as there were many producers of very similar SPLATTER GLASS vases, it could be Franz Welz / Antonin Ruckl or even Murano
