13CM TALL ALL-IN-ALL , INKWELL BEING 9CM TALL TO TOP OF EAGLE LID (GLASS INK POT ITSELF BEING 5CM TALL AND 4CM IN DIAMETER).  THE DIPPING PENS OF THE DAY RESTED ON THE SPOKES OF THE BRANCHES.  I CANNOT SEE ANY SILVER MARKINGS SO NOT SURE IF MADE FROM SILVER OR ALPACA SILVER.  THE GLASS INKWELL HAS A CLEAR PONTIL MARK ON BASE SO I PRESUME HAND BLOWN - I THINK MAY HAVE BEEN MADE BY BRADLEY & HUBBARD BUT NOT SURE.  A STUNNING, RARE ITEM!    REFER IMAGES
