A wedgwood Jasperware Portland vase style jug, measures 15 cm in height. Of baluster form with loop handle, hinged metal cover missing, decorated in the typical Portland vase style, with white opaque mythical figures, reserved against a vibrant cobalt blue ground. Impressed mark - WEDGWOOD - and V on base(chip on base) Possibly 1893? An unusual and vibrantly blue piece(blue shows up lighter in photos).
