Anton Schneider & sons Germany cuckoo clock working

So description as best I can. Movement stamper Anton Schneider and sohne Germany 424

I put on 2x 275gram weights and it ticked until they touched the floor. The cuckoo comes out and the gong strikes but not in the correct time settings so I presume the hands need to be adjusted to the correct place. Also there must be as setting for the amount it cuckoos because sometimes it will go off like 18-20 cuckoos and then some times less. Both whistles are good.

Please note this clock has been lying in storage for about 6 years so I presume it needs a good clean/service I have not checked for accuracy either.
