Aorus Gen 4 NVME Adapter


The AORUS Gen4 AIC Adaptor requires a motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot that supports bifurcation (splitting lane bandwidth) and Gen4 speeds to operate all four NVMe drives.


A free physical PCIe x16 slot is mandatory. 


Compatible Motherboard Requirements:



  • Essential Support: The motherboard must support PCIe Bifurcation (specifically set to x4x4x4x4 or x4x4) in the BIOS to detect all four SSDs.
  • AMD Platform: X570, B550 (limited lanes), TRX40.
  • Intel Platform: Z490, Z590, Z690 (using 11th Gen or newer CPUs).
  • Slot Requirements: A full-length PCIe x16 slot, preferably wired directly to the CPU.
  • AORUS Storage Manager: The software designed to manage this card's fans and RAID functionality is generally restricted to Gigabyte motherboards.


Enthusias level product, only compatible with high end motherboards.
