We bought this UPS brand new and it has been used only once as it was our company backup UPS. We only used it for 1 day and it worked like a charm. Fully Working, Excellent physical & Working condition!!! Still looks like brand new. We are selling it as our company has upgraded to a bigger backup ups system.
