Hardcover first published November 1959 by Howard Timmins. The jacket is whole, and covered in a plastic sleeve. The boards are square, with a Garlick's stamp on the rear one. There are several of these stamps to the inside front and rear boards and end-papers, as well as other marks and notations, and remnants of labels removed. The pages are tanned, but otherwise clean and unmarked.
