iPad only - i.e. Charger, USB cable etc not included. You should be able to get a charger and USB cable for less than R100 from your local china mall/cellphone shop.
The device is in full working order but does show a few signs of wear. It has a number of hairline scratches and a small dent on the rear aluminium (Common iPad 1 issue).
