This iPad is in pristine condition, ZERO SCRATCHES, and comes in original packaging. It is a Verizon iPad from the US so 3G doesn't work here in South Africa but the GPS does which was important for me to use it for navigation and for all the location based services. It runs IOS 6.1 and is jailbroken.
