The iPhone 4 (CDMA/Verizon/Sprint) is similar to the previously introduced iPhone 4, apart from support for CDMA (EV-DO Rev. A, 800 MHz, 1900 MHz) rather than GSM. Although, it also has no SIM card slot, a revised antenna and button placement and support for a new 3G "Personal Hotspot" capability that makes it possible to use the iPhone to connect up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices.

Like the GSM-equipped iPhone 4, the iPhone 4 (CDMA/Verizon/Sprint) model has an all stainless steel body design with an ultra high-density 3.5-inch, IPS, LED-backlit 960x640 326 ppi multi-touch "retina" display, mobile and data antennas integrated in the "metal band" that wraps around the sides of the phone, and a chemically hardened "aluminosilcate" glass front over both the display and a black or white frame and the chemically hardened black glass back as well (the black version was unveiled on January 11, 2011 and the the white version shipped on April 28, 2011). Both the front and back have an "oleophobic" oil repellent coating, too.

It has dual cameras -- a 5 megapixel HD video/still camera (720p at 30 FPS) with a "backside illuminated sensor," a 5X digital zoom, and an LED flash on the rear and a VGA quality video/still camera on the front designed for video conferencing over a Wi-Fi network with Apple's included "FaceTime" application. It has dual noise-cancelling microphones as well.
