I bought the phone late last year (2012), and have recently upgraded to a iPhone 5, so the phone is just lying around.
It's been upgraded to the latest official apple software.
It has slight scratches on the back, and a small mark on the bottom front. But has always had a screen protector on, so the screen is in perfect condition.
Besides the general wear and tear, the phone is in very good condition, with absolutely no issues at all.
