In very good physical condition. I've had it in a cover since new & the screen protector has also been on since new
The cover is a bit battered, but the phone is undamaged. (please check pics)
The only problem is that you can only hear a caller clearly when you switch on loud speaker. I'm sure this is a simple problem if you're slightly technical (or maybe it's my hearing that's not great!)
Otherwise, phone is great. Selling because my son bought me a new phone for my birthday
