As part of our CPO tests before we buy the units and sell them on to customers, we check:

1)  The item is an authentic/original Apple iPhone and completely unlocked (i.e. no icloud and fully reset to factory settings)

2)  The unit works as it should including battery life as new, charges, no damage or lines etc.

3)  Original accessories included

2)  Charger and adapter plug

3)  Original iphone box

Note that we do not offer a warranty or guarantee on 2nd hand CPO products, but we do allow you to return them within 7 days of purchase, should the item be faulty or not as advertised.  In order to return the item, it needs to be returned in the same condition as purchased (undamaged) and with the accessories included upon purchase.

We will advise you upon purchase, we can either use Pargo service or Postnet to deliver your item to you.
