This iPhone XS is in good overall condition and fully functional except for the touchscreen. All other features work as they should, including Face ID, cameras, speakers, and buttons.

Touch Screen issues: 

 the area highlighted red in last two images does not respond to touch.

This screen glitch affects keys: 1,  -,  and Q, when using a full keyboard.

as shown in the last image, the problem of the 3 keys is solved by shifting the keyboard away from the highlighted area

Extras:  Used charging cable ( works but a bit old you will need to replace it soon)
