APS Action Potential Stimulation Therapy Machine, It switches on but we have not tested it on ourselves. Found in our home must be from way back in the 1980s I guess.NO warranty given - sold as is hence the starting price of R75. The wires have perished but should be replaceable by a semi skilled person.
