Payment:

We accept EFT fund transfers (Internet Transfers) into our account. Cash deposits are also welcome. Please use your BidorBuy username as reference when making your payments. Payment need to be done within 24 hours of the auction closing.

Shipping:

We ONLY ship insured mail R48. To save on shipping costs, you are welcome to combine your winning bids over a maximum period of 14 days to save on shipping, only pay shipping on your last item as an indication for us to post your orders to you. Gems4ru ship Mondays to Thursdays, not of public holidays. We only ship within South Africa

Bidding:

Gems4ru reserve the right ot accept or reject any bid for any reason whatsoever.

Refunds & returns:

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item won/purchased within 5 working days from date of receipt for a refund minus 10% handling fee & postage. The item needs to include the original packaging.
