A complete 12-piece vintage Mid-Century Modern espresso service set comprising 6 demitasse cups and 6 matching saucers. Part of the renowned "Ruska" collection designed by Ulla Procopé for Arabia Finland, these pieces are crafted from heavy, durable stoneware. Each piece features a unique expression of the line's classic mottled matte brown and charcoal glaze, a characteristic result of the factory's unique reduction firing process.
Backstamp on base: Some pieces retain a partial white factory stamp reading "ARABIA / MADE IN FINLAND". A legible manufacturing date stamp of "9-68" is present on a base, indicating production in September 1968. Please note that as is typical with the Ruska series, the stamped markings on many pieces have naturally weathered away completely over time due to the dark, textured nature of the glaze.
