Your plans drawn (Elevations, Floor plans, Sections, Plan details)
2 Color prints and 3 Grayscale prints
Plans (as per above) signed by register person
Schedule 4 SACAP document completed and signed by registered person
Submission form (of your LA) completed and signed by registered person
Regular updates, by mail and phone
 
Advantages of bidding on this service
Your plan will be drawn by a SACAP & PIA registered person
Dependent on closing winning bid, the lowest per square meter price you will find. (e.g. if the winning bid is R1 and you want a house plan drawn of 100 square meters the total amount will then be R100.00
Plans will be submission ready for local Authority any-where in SA
If you are not in the Gauteng area, most of the communications will be via mail & phone.
You will be able to influence your own plan with regular feedbacks etc.
The plans are drawn according to NBR and LA regulations. These regulations from time to time are being updated and minor changes will be needed to ensure the plans are in line with the regulations. These changes will be FREE of charge
