Description: Large Vintage 1970s Arcopal France "Fumé Jardiniere" Smoked Glass Casserole Dish with Lid.
The Arcopal Fumé "Jardiniere" line was introduced in 1970.
While the Arcopal brand itself was launched in 1958, this specific textured, "ribbed" design is a classic product of the early 1970s.
It was part of a larger trend in French glassware toward "fumé" (smoked) finishes and organic textures that defined the era's aesthetic. Featuring a unique matte, textured spiral/ribbed exterior and a smooth, polished interior.
Made from high-quality tempered smoked glass (fumé), this piece is designed for both durability and elegance. Its perfect for oven-to-table serving, baking, or roasting.
Made in France, 1970s.
Visible Flaws: Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks.
