The A000053 is a Arduino Micro development board based on the ATmega32u4microcontroller. The ATmega32u4 is a 8bit AVR RISC based microcontrollerfeaturing 32KB flash memory, 2.5KB SRAM, 1KB EEPROM, USB 2.0 full speed/lowspeed device, 10bit A to D converter and JTAG interface for on chip debug. Theboard contains everything needed to support the microcontroller, simply connectit to a computer with a micro USB cable to get started. It has a form factorthat enables it to be easily placed on a breadboard. The Micro is similar to theArduino Leonardo in that the ATmega32u4 has built in USB communication, eliminating the need for a secondary processor. This allows the Micro to appearto a connected computer as a mouse and keyboard, in addition to a virtual (CDC)serial/COM port. It also has other implications for the behaviour of the board. The Arduino Micro can be powered via the micro USB connection or with anexternal power supply. The power source is selected automatically.16MHz crystal oscillatorICSP headerReset buttonMicro USB connection20 digital input/output pins (of which 7 can be used as PWM outputs and 12 asanalog inputs)Input voltage (recommended) range from 7V to 12VInput Voltage (limit) range from 6V to 20V32KB flash memory of which 4KB used by bootloader2.5KB SRAM1KB EEPROM
