The Buyer shall pay the winning amount plus shipping charges due within five (5) days from the date of sale. Failure to do so will result in a SNC being filed after seven (7) days and may result in a negative rating to the Buyer. Once a SNC is completed with Bid or Buy, no payment will be accepted, but returned and the Seller may deduct bank charges incurred.
Payments within South Africa are preferred via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Cash Deposits will ONLY be accepted if the Buyer pays an additional R4-55 for every R100 or part thereof, deposited. CHEQUES will be accepted on condition that shipping shall only be done only after the cheque/funds have been cleared in the Seller's account. International Buyers please enquire about payment methods, shipping costs, etc. before you bid.
My Banking Details will be listed in the Order that you complete online with BidorBuy and it is listed in the E-mail you receive from BidorBuy, once you have completed your order. Please use your BidorBuy USERNAME as reference when you pay.
The Buyer pays the Shipping Charges, in full, as listed below. Parcels are sent via SAPO Econoparcel or Ordinary Parcel, counter to counter in RSA. a Tracking no. is supplied. Buyer may Insure or use Speed Services, request quotes. Insured parcels cover loss and not damage. Buyer may combine, a minimum of R7-50 per additional item, is payable. Calculation will commence with the heaviest item as a start. The Seller accepts no responsibility and is hereby indemnified against any loss or damage to items, after a parcel has been handed in at SAPO for postage.
Collections or pick-ups may be arranged and packaging charges may apply.
Should a Buyer be unhappy with a purchase, contact the Seller within seven (7) days from receipt of the item to arrange return of the item to the Seller and a refund of the Winning Amount paid, to the Buyer. NO POSTAGE/SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED. Should an item be returned to the Seller as undelivered or Unclaimed, the Seller will notify the Buyer thereof per E-mail address as at the time of sale. The Buyer shall be liable for any additional shipping costs that may be incurred to resend the item. Should a Buyer not respond and/or pay the additional costs incurred within 30 days from the date of the notice of return, the Seller shall resell the item to defray any costs that were incurred and/or to cover storage fees for the item.
