Argyroderma pearsonii Seeds

Argyroderma pearsonii has a restricted distribution along the central knesrvlakte near the Sout River, growing in association with A. fissum, and A. delaetii. It is locally abundunt amongst quartz pebbles on the tops and gentle slopes of hills.  The plants are solitary and grow above ground, with rounded leaves and a very narrow leaf gap.  The large flowers are purple, yellow, white or rarely red.  With it's neat rounded shape and raised flowers, A. pearsonii is easily recognised.  This is a handsom species and is popular in cultivation.
