ARMAGNAC XO MARQUIS DE MONTESQUIOU

A short story about this Armagnac, as relayed to me by my Mother in law. Her father who was born in 1915 and started work in the ship yards in Rouen France at age 14, he was given this bottle either by the owners of the ship building company or the trade union as a retirement gift at age 65 so if my maths are correct he would have been given this in 1980.

I received the bottle 12 years ago and found the cork was starting to crumble so I sealed it with sealing wax.
