I will gladly refund your money as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original per item packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the carrier-recorded collection date ie the date on which the track and trace website shows that the parcel was collected by the customer.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded and are the onus of the buyer. It is your responsibility to package the item securely to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit as I will not be able to accept the return of an item if not in its original condition and in which case you will be liable for the costs of re-delivering the item to you. Any returns should be addressed to the address provided on your parcel.
