Condition:	Has the wear expected of an used item. Clean. All moving parts move. Legs extend easily. Head tilt and extention is restricted by cable ties. I suspect the head tilt friction fluid has escaped and makes the head move without pressure (thus the cable ties). It looks like the head adaptor for a video camera is not present. As I am not too familiar with tripods I do not know if any other parts are missing. I trust you will pick this up from the photo's. See my other listings for Sony video cameras.
