IT WAS TAKEN FROM A WOUNDED OPPONENT ON THE SWA BORDER WAR, AND SHOWS  STAINS, WHICH COULD BE BLOOD. 

NOT SURE WHICH ARMY IT WAS ISSUED TO, AS THERE ARE NO MANUFACTURERS MARK.
