Superb Art Deco Bakelite Fruit Knives & Stand

This superb set of fruit/butter/pate knives, housed in an octagonal shaped stand, were made in Solingen Germany in the 1940's. The stand and knife handles are manufactured from light and dark brown bakelite and the blades are stainless steel. The blades are stamped 'Rostfei' (rust free) and 'Solingen.' The knives and stand are all in excellent condition and the knives measure 16.5cm in length.
