Art Deco Chrome & Bakelite 240v Percolator-Good Working Order

This must have been inspired by the Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon Comics of the early '30s
OK, so maybe you're a little young to get the Flash Gordon-Buck Rogers link (me too)
but you can't get past the amazing space-age design of this 1930's percolator.
And a shot of its freshly brewed coffee will have you wide awake and reaching for your raygun before you know it.
Amazing but this genuine '30's gem works beautifully and ticks all the right boxes for
cool design details like sleek chrome and black bakelite.

Made by the A Davidson Company in the UK in the 1930's, a Davey product. I think the percolator basket has been replaced, as this one seems a little small but the coffee is still great and it works fast.
The plug has been removed for legal purposes.  Makes three big mugs or five standard cups of coffee.
28cms high x 14cms accross (20cms handle to handle)
