This is a rather unusual Art Deco "Everhot" tea and coffee set, presented on a tray. All of the ceramic pieces are cream-colourerd, and are housed in chrome-plated covers with white plastic knobs. The underside of the items are stamped in green, with the words: "Everhot Patent Number 523942, Reg Design No 857532, MADE IN ENGLAD". The metal covers also have the registration number. The set is unusual as it has both a coffee and teapot, as well as a tray.
It must be noted, however, that the set is not in pristine order and there is wear and tear. The items are crazed, and the teapot, coffee pot and milk jug are stained on the inside. The teapot does not have the interior ceramic lid. There is some rust evident on the tray. The coffee pot has has chips on the spout. The sugar bowl does not hot have its white plastic knob. The metal covers are in good, bright condition.
