DESCRIPTION:

An English Art Deco pastel blue glazed china fruit bowl, decorated with
hand-painted pink and blue relief-moulded flowers and leaves on a 'pebble' ground.

MARKS:

Melba Ware, H. Wain & Sons Ltd., Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Made in England, Shape Decor.

CONDITION:

Unfortunately bowl has a 6cm hairline crack (see close-up images).

DIMENSIONS:

Approximately 23cm X 20cm oval X 5cm height.
