A quintessentially British Art Deco, cream glazed china sauce jug and under-plate, decorated
with various hand-painted dusky pink, yellow, orange, blue and green floral and foliate motifs.
MARKS:
Lion, Crown, Royal Doulton, Made in England, 'Minden', date code D 5334 for 1933 and letter C.
CONDITION:
No chips, cracks or crazing, with some wear and scratches, as items are
hand-painted there is naturally some colour variation to decorations.
DIMENSIONS:
Jug approximately 11cm diameter excluding handle an spout X 8cm height, plate 17.5cm X 1.5cm.
