I believe can't make out first letter  maker T &S assey office *CHESTER -3 wheat sheaves + Sword  -  Lion Passant - Sterling Silver  ff - date  1931 -both sides stamped 

On my scale Approximate Weight 129.37

NOT cleaned as some people prefer the patina to be real - but you can clean if you so choose
