A “tea for one” set by Chapmans Longton Ltd, which traded as Standard China (and later Royal Standard). It consists of a tea trio, milk jug and sugar basin. The back stamps date these piece to 1916-1930. They are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or grazing, but there is some wear from usage. See my listings for a cake server in this pattern.
The cup measures about 8.5cm across (excluding the handle) and is 7.1cm high. The saucer is about 14.4cm across and is 1.9cm high and the cake plate about 15.7cm across. The basin measures 12.4cm across at the aperture and is 6.7cm high while the jug is 10.6cm across (excluding the handle) and 8.6cm high.
