A pretty and highly decorative art nouveau silver vase holder made in London in 1893 by acclaimed nouveau silversmith William Commyns. The vase holder measures 7cm in diameter at the foot, and stands 14cm high. It weighs 78 grams. There is s slight dent on the foot but it stands steady. There may be a little bit of filligree work missing on one side. No liner unfortunately. Best would be to find a pilsner glass and have the foot cut off it.
