Arthur Gully RS Original Watercolour in ornate moulded frame, dated 1921

On offer this lovely original watercolour painting, it is nicely framed in an ornate moulded frame behind glass. It measures 28x23cm (with frame) and the painting only measures 24x19cm. A few age related chafing spots on the frame, otherwise in good condition. I am not familiar with this artist, but clearly accomplished, producing art one would be proud to display.
