Arthur Gully RS Original Watercolour in ornate moulded frame, dated 1921

On offer this lovely original watercolour painting, it is nicely framed in an ornate moulded frame behind glass. The painting is done on paper, then applied to a mounting board, the artist has hand drawn a border around the painting on the mounting board. It measures 32x22cm (with frame) and the painting only measures 20x12cm. A few age related chafing spots on the frame, otherwise in good condition. I am not familiar with this artist, but clearly accomplished, producing art one would be proud to display.
