The most common cause of bloating is from overeating. Fatty foods that are normally quite rich can cause bloating because they take longer to digest. Lastly, eating too fast can cause bloating too. So eat slower and chew more.
 

Treatment: There are a number of over-the-counter options. Besides that, walk around rather than go lie on the couch as movement can help move the gas through your digestive system.

Prevention: Don’t eat too much at a time, avoid chewing gum as this produces excessive amounts of gas in your digestive system. Lastly, avoid gassy foods such as beans, lentils, cabbage and broccoli.

 

3. Feeling Heavy and Stuck
