Scientific Name: Withania somniferia

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a rare, upright evergreen shrub with velvety, pale green leaves and clusters of delicate green-yellow flowers. All year round, it rewards you with small, round orange-red berries wrapped in a pretty papery calyx.

How to Sow:
