The Standard Solution... - Setting up a VNC Network or similar.
- Setting up FTP Servers.

Problems with the Standard Solution...1. Too expensive - Network requirements, technical staff, infrastructures, etc.
2. Too Technical - Setting up VPNs and opening ports in network perimeter defence systems can be technically demanding, even for experienced techs.
3. Not For Everyone - Traditional solutions are not suited or accessible to SMB or Home users • there is a lack of understanding and a fear
The BeAnywhere Drive solution - Problem-free set-up, install and usage • Zero Configuration & Universal Networking
- BeAnywhere sets up any PC as a remotely accessible server in less than a minute and the user is ready to go.
- It's suitable for ALL.
- Anyone can use BeAnywhere • it is not just limited to those with specialist network knowledge.
The BeAnywhere Drive Solution is a USB Flash Drive that holds all the software a user needs to have full remote access and control of his PC from anywhere.
The BeAnywhere Drive Solution contains and allows up to three installs of the remote server client. It also has an auto-running access client, allowing any set-up PC to be accessed from any other online PC.
How does The BeAnywhere Drive Solution work? It's easy! - Plug the device into the computer you want to access remotely, and follow the simple on-screen instructions. It will be ready in less than a minute.
- Take the BeAnywhere USB device with you... on a keyring, in a pocket or a bag.
- When you want to access your remote computer, just plug the USB device into any PC, log onto the service and into your remote PC and it's literally as if you're sitting in front of that accessed PC.
- BeAnywhere will first try peer-to-peer connection (if both PCs are on a LAN). If P2P is unavailable, it will try a user-definable dedicated port for connection. If this is not open, it will automatically revert to port 80 (the web port), guaranteeing access.
- The client leaves no trace on any PC used for remote access. When the USB drive is removed, all traces are gone • and to enhance security, the remote system you've been accessing is locked back to logon.
6 Features, 1 Drive!1. Remote Desktop - allows you to see and control your remote computer as if you were sitting in front of it. You have access to all files, email, network resources and all your applications.
2. File Transfer • simply and easily transfer files to and from your remote and local computers. Just drag and drop the files, no size limits!
3. File Share - A file too big to email? Allow others access to any files, of any size. Automatically email a download link to multiple recipients & they can then download any file directly from your PC. Includes time window control and number of downloads control.
4. File Sync - allows you to choose a folder on your remote computer and quickly sync it with a folder on any other PC. Just select the desired folder and click.
5. Guest Invite - Need to share your screen or host a online presentation? Need assistance from a friend or remote technical support? Just invite a remote guest onto your PC. You have unlimited invitations available.
6. 1 GB Storage - The BeAnywhere Drive is also a 1 GB flash drive, so you can also store your most important data and carry it with you.
And does The BeAnywhere Drive leave any trace? - NO!All the software runs directly from the The BeAnywhere Drive so nothing is installed or stored on any PC used to access and control your own.
So you can use it safely on any computer - at an internet caf•, or from a friend's PC or even from a customer's site. Because the user does not have to use a browser for access, no data, personal or password information is left on the computer used for access. Plus, there are no issues with being allowed to install ActiveX controls.
OK, but is it secure? - YesThe BeAnywhere Drive uses a 3 layer security system:
- User security • The user is the only one with access to any of his remote computers via his Master Password to the BeAnywhere service, plus each remote computer is set up with an individual password.
- Communications Security • All communications have a digital signature.
- System Security • BeAnywhere uses a RC4 compatible algorythm with a 2048 bit key
