ASRock H97M Pro4 Motherboard with an Intel i5-4590 CPU, and 16GB DDR3 RAM.

System was running fine until it started to boot-loop (powers up then powers down, repeat.)

Tested all components.

CPU: 100% working

Ram: 100% working

Motherboard: Culprit. Got some advice from IT technician who says it may be related to the power button of the case it was in, or that it might be a simple BIOS reset/update which could fix it. Don't have the time or patience to troubleshoot it myself.

Selling as is.
