The Asterion RTL lithium-ion battery module, utilizing LiFePO4 chemistry, is designed for telecommunication equipment and energy storage applications, featuring several key components:

• A configuration of lithium-ion cells connected in series within a single module;
• A Battery Management System (BMS) that provides safety measures by cutting off the battery in scenarios of overcharging, deep discharge, overcurrent, or internal short circuits;
