One of the most detailed decorative items I have seen in ages . He is obviously of Oriental origin , either Chinese , Japanese or possibly Taiwanese . 

My guess is that he is some kind of Samurai or Royalty as he has body armor and an almost snooty look . 

Unknown composition , fairly cold to the touch but not magnetic .
