ATHEARN HO: Detailed GP38-2 UP Diesel Locomotive in Fair boxed condition (USA)

On auction is this highly detailed Union Pasific American  Diesel loco in fair condition with working head/cab light. It is fitted with horn hook couplings.  The paintwork and decals are good shape. The unit is fitted with a centre mount, 5 pole motor with twin brass flywheels and is all wheel driven, very strong. The loco was serviced,tested and operates fair in both direction, it needs some TLC.  All hand rails are intact. The loco runs but not as it should there fore the reduced price?  The drive train and motor is good, I think the problem lies with one of  the power bogeys. I do not have spares for Athearn loco's.
